Siding, Fascia and Soffit Repair and Replacement
Siding, fascia, soffit and trim repaired or replaced by the same crew that does your roof, so the exterior matches and one company stands behind it.
Does Summit Solutions Repair Siding, Fascia and Soffit?
Yes. Summit Solutions Roofing and Construction repairs and replaces siding, fascia, soffit and trim for homes and businesses, on its own or alongside a roof. Storm-damaged siding and trim are documented in writing with photographs for the insurance claim and rebuilt by the same crew that restores the roof, so the exterior is finished as one job. The company serves Texas, Oklahoma and South Florida from offices in The Colony, Austin and Midland, Texas.

Exterior Work That Matches the Roof
A new roof on a tired exterior only tells half the story. We finish the picture.
Siding Repair
Cracked, holed or loose siding sections repaired so water stays out of the walls.
Siding Replacement
Full siding replacement when repairs no longer make sense.
Fascia
Rotted or storm-damaged fascia boards replaced. Gutters hang on fascia, so it has to be sound.
Soffit
Soffit repaired and replaced to keep moisture and pests out of the attic.
Trim
Exterior trim that finishes the roofline and the walls.
Storm Rebuilds
Full exterior rebuilds after wind and hail, documented and coordinated with your insurance.

When a Storm or Time Has Worn the Exterior
When a storm hits, the roof is rarely the only casualty. Siding cracks, gutters tear loose and trim splinters. Rather than juggling separate contractors, one Summit team documents the damage, works through the claim with you, and rebuilds the exterior to match the new roof.
We also take on exterior work without a storm: siding that has failed, fascia rotting behind the gutters, and soffit that has let pests into the attic.
- Siding cracked or holed by hail or wind debris
- Fascia rotting behind the gutters
- Soffit damaged or letting pests into the attic
- Homes getting a new roof that want the exterior to match
Why Fascia and Soffit Matter
Fascia is the board along the roof edge that the gutters hang on. Soffit closes the underside of the roof overhang. Together with the trim, they finish the roofline and keep moisture and pests out of the attic.
When fascia rots, gutters pull loose and water gets behind them. When soffit fails, birds, insects and moisture get into the attic. That is why we check both on every roof and gutter job, and replace them when they are past saving, as on the eave and soffit rebuild below.
